What to include in a battery quote request
For a matched quotation, send your existing inverter model (or say this is a new system), the appliances you want to run and your target backup hours. Include the installation city, indoor or outdoor location, and any existing battery model and quantity.
Ask whether the quotation includes delivery, mounting, protection, cables, installation and commissioning, so you can compare the same scope. Battery capacity alone does not confirm compatibility or the installed project cost.

Choose the battery for the hours you need.
More kWh means more stored energy, not necessarily more power. Match the battery to your inverter first, then choose enough capacity for the appliances you want to keep running.
PGEM and PGEM PRO are low-voltage options. PSTACK is a high-voltage system with its own compatible inverter requirements. They are different routes, not interchangeable batteries.
Li-7.5e is a 25.6V battery for a compatible 24V-class system. It cannot directly replace a 48V battery; check the exact inverter and BMS requirements before choosing it.

What is the difference between a lithium battery and a LiFePO4 battery?
LiFePO4, or lithium iron phosphate, is a specific lithium-ion chemistry used for stationary energy storage. Product selection should still be based on the complete datasheet, BMS and inverter compatibility.
How do I estimate solar battery storage for a home?
Multiply the essential load by the desired backup hours, then account for usable battery energy, inverter losses and starting loads. A qualified installer should validate the final design.
Can I compare batteries using Ah alone?
No. Nominal energy in kWh is voltage multiplied by Ah, divided by 1,000. Batteries with equal Ah but different voltages store different amounts of energy. Usable energy and available discharge power must also be checked.
Is a high-voltage battery better than a 48V battery?
Neither is universally better. The inverter architecture determines the required voltage range and approved BMS. PSTACK cannot directly replace a low-voltage PGEM battery bank; compare complete compatible systems.
Can I add another lithium battery to an existing system?
Expansion requires approval for the exact battery model, revision, firmware, age and communication arrangement. Do not mix brands, models or low- and high-voltage systems based only on nominal capacity.
Can every lithium solar battery be installed outdoors?
No. PGEM and PGEM PRO are IP20 and need a dry protected indoor location. Outdoor-rated ranges still require the siting, temperature, clearance and protection conditions in their own manuals.
What affects lithium inverter battery price in Nigeria?
Usable capacity, BMS, enclosure, expansion capability, logistics, installation and warranty support affect the total project cost. Current quotations should be based on the chosen model and site.
