FAQ

Who should choose PSHIELD MAX over smaller batteries?

PSHIELD MAX suits projects that need higher outdoor-ready storage capacity and have enough space, protection and service access for a larger battery.

What site preparation is needed for 16.076kWh outdoor storage?

Review mounting or foundation, weather exposure, cable route, usable energy, inverter compatibility, protection and maintenance clearance.

Can PSHIELD MAX be used for small-business backup?

It can be considered when the inverter and load profile are suitable, but a shop or office should be sized from measured daily use and peak demand.

Where can I get PSHIELD MAX documents and support?

Use the download centre for the current datasheet or manual, check the warranty page, and send model, serial number, site photos or PDF files through the Nigeria contact form when you need technical support.
