Eco Beast: 6kW power, configurable battery storage
Eco Beast 6000 combines a single-phase inverter with Battery Beast-5 modules for home energy storage. The inverter rating is 6kW; each battery module stores 5.12kWh. More storage can extend backup duration, but it does not increase the inverter’s output rating.

Usable energy is lower than nominal energy because operating limits and conversion losses apply. Each battery module is rated at 100A maximum charge/discharge current. The installer must verify continuous battery-only power and surge demand; one module should not be assumed to deliver the full 6kW AC rating.
What belongs in your Nigeria installation quote?
- Exact inverter model and number of battery modules.
- PV panels, mounting, cables, protection and earthing, where required.
- Monitoring accessories, commissioning and the supported generator connection.
- Installation work and written warranty terms for the inverter and batteries.
The datasheet lists up to 9.6kW PV input with two MPPTs. An all-in-one storage unit is not a complete installed solar array. Confirm package contents instead of assuming panels or labour are included.
Where should Eco Beast be installed?
Plan a dry, protected indoor location. The January 2026 datasheet lists IP20 and a 0-45 degrees C operating range. Follow the manual for ventilation, clearances and electrical protection. Measure fridge, lighting, fan and internet loads; assess air conditioning and pumps separately.
