Looking for your Luxpower login?

For a support ticket: log in below with your website account to contact the support team or follow up on an existing request.

For inverter and battery monitoring: use the LuxCloud login page and app guide to find the monitoring portal. Creating a support account here does not create or replace your LuxCloud account.

Support portal login help

How do I log in to the LuxpowerTek support portal?

Enter your website username or email address and password in the form above, then select Log In. If you do not have a website account, select Create an account. Use the same account for future ticket updates.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Select Reset password below the login form and follow the instructions for your website account. If you need to reset a monitoring account instead, start from the LuxCloud login guide; resetting your website password will not change your LuxCloud password.

Where can I find the LuxpowerTek Nigeria website?

Visit the LuxpowerTek Nigeria homepage for product and company information. This support portal is for technical and after-sales requests, not live system monitoring.

A support ticket is not approval of a warranty claim. If equipment appears damaged or unsafe, stop using it and contact a qualified installer. Do not open inverter or battery enclosures.
